Ministry Team

Sonny Guild has served as the Pulpit Minister since 1999. He and his wife, Eunice, have three children, Chris, Eric and Theron. Sonny holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Abilene Christian University

Mike Bailey is our Involvement Minister. He has served as a youth minister in this area for seven years and is currently completing his Masters of Divinity at Abilene Christian University. He and his wife, Julie, have two children, Megan and Brooklyn.

David Taylor is our new Youth Minister. David is a graduate of Texas A & M University and is completing his Masters of Divinity Degree at Abilene Christian University. We are blessed and pleased to have him with us at Woodlawn.

Karen Griffith has served as one of our Children's Ministers since 2003. She has two children, Kristi and Zach, and is currently completing her Bachelor in Applied Studies at Abilene Christian University.

Kathy Redman has served as one of our Children's Ministers since 2003. Her husband is Tony and she is currently completing her Bachelor in Applied Studies at Abilene Christian University.

Randy Tharp is our building custodian. He and his wife, Tonya, have one daughter, Lillian Grace. They both continually work to keep our building nice while being an integral part of Woodlawn ministry. We are blessed to have them "going the extra mile" at the building.
