PRAYER CONCERNS
Jeff Chancey received his pacemaker on Thursday, did well and is now at home.
Chad Longley had outpatient surgery Thursday and is doing well at home.
Bill Flatt will have a heart procedure tomorrow to check out arteries and possibly get a stint.
Gracie Tharp's adult niece, Joann Terry of Roby, had a melanoma brain tumor (like Pat's) removed. She is at home now but not doing well.
For those who don't already know: Mike Galaway, Jr. was under fire in Baghdad and tore up his knee while running. So he was sent home for knee surgery and has been waiting in Ft. Bragg. He is now in Nashville with Patty and will have the surgery there when he gets set up with a doctor and gets it scheduled. Thanks for your prayers for his safe return from Iraq.
GIVE THANKS! Today Kin Fatt Lau is baptizing a 14 year-old young man from a Hindu family with whom he has been studying for sometime. The boy asked to be baptized but his parents would not agree until Kin and Chrissy went to visit. Finally the parents agreed are attending services today to witness the baptism.
Remember the charter bus and 4 vans of ACU students and faculty returning from Nebraska today.
