2010 Thanksgiving Food Drive

As a result of sin in the world, we as a church body recognize that we exist within an imperfect world; a world that is constantly hurt by the effects of poverty, hunger, pain, and suffering. We can't take care of everything, but we can make a difference.

We are called to be God's people in a hurting world and represent a God that ultimately concerned about our spiritual needs, but our physical needs as well. We have an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our surrounding Abilene community by caring for the needs of individuals and families in our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Our purpose? To spread Christ's love through our actions and to represent our gracious God to people that are hurting.
