THANK YOU NOTES

A sincere “Thank You” for all the prayers, cards, and calls.  “Thank” you Gary for helping us get to a doctor and helping us ‘til midnight.  Thanks to Bart for carrying us through snow and ice the next day.  This has been a great shock to Morris loosing his eye-sight in his right eye -- everyone has been great to help us deal with it.  Our Woodlawn brothers and sisters are the greatest.  Please keep us in your prayers!
Morris, Gladys, & sons

Dear Woodlawn Family,
I just wanted to write y’all a letter and tell y’all I will be coming home for Daddy & Mother’s family reunion in June.  I wanted to see how everyone was doing.  I hope everybody is fine.  I love y’all very much.
Your sister in Christ,
Lark Nunnally
P.S. Please write me soon!
(Her address is 1400 Fifth St. Granbury, 76048)

Woodlawn Family,
Thank you for the calls, cards, and especially for your prayers.  God bless each one of you.
Love, Emma Snow

I have been overwhelmed by the many cards, phone calls, and expressions of concern during my recovery from surgery.  Jaylene and I have experienced your love over and over during out 48 years at Woodlawn.  It’s so special to be part of God’s Family at Woodlawn.
Bart Crisman

We would all love to thank Julie Bailey, Barbara Daugherty, Judi Demmitt, Martha Gibson, and Dena Schroeder for the lovely Valentine Tea Party.  The food was delicious, the tea was great, but it was the hostesses who gathered us together in celebration of our friendship as sisters in Christ.  Thank you for all of your hard work you put into making this so special!  Thank you also to Sonny & Eunice Guild for making the great Chai Tea!
From our hearts, the 30 of us!

Announcements

It is time to turn those Change Cans for Fosters Home for Children in.  Today is the last day to turn these in.  We will follow the support of this ministry with a coin collection for Christian Homes of Abilene.

Medina Children’s Home Ministry needs canned Ravioli or Spaghettio’s.  A truck will be here to pick up these canned goods during the last week of March.

The Little Wooden Box is Getting Attention
The Family Fund is doing better thanks to your generosity.  Your financial support makes this an effective way we help one another.  Anything that you can give will be helpful as an expression of your love for each other.  Please consider placing your contribution in this wooden box in the foyer.  We will continue to leave this box in the foyer in hopes of building this resource through your generous giving.

Great Prayer Ministry
The Woodlawn Family surrounded the Copher family with love and immersed them in prayer last Sunday evening.  90 members committed to 107 prayer occasions per day for this family.  Keep praying and please join this effort by putting your name on the list, in the foyer by the bulletins, with a time that you will pray everyday.  Please take a card to help you remember this through the week located in a small basket by the list.
