Involvement Ministry

If you are visiting with us this morning we want you to know how much we enjoy your presence with us as we assemble to worship our great God.  You may be the guest of one of our members, or perhaps a Christian who is looking for a church home, or may simply be someone who is seeking to learn more about Christianity before making any kind of commitment to Christ...whatever role you find yourself in, we want you to know that we have a place for you at Woodlawn.

Just who is the Woodlawn Church of Christ?  We are a family of Christian faith that is committed to glorifying God in all that we do, serving others and each other in love, and sharing the message of Christ’s saving love with our world around us.

In other words, we are a community of believers with a very clear purpose for our lives: we exist by the grace of God with faith in Jesus in order to do His good works.  We have freely received the valuable gift of God’s salvation, and want to freely give this good news away to others, like yourself, so that you might live a fulfilling life in Christ.

As you worship with us this morning, please know that you are an important part of our family vision.  We welcome you to join us in the greatest cause on earth, being Christ in our world and taking Christ to our world.

Because of His Great Love,
Dwayne Hilty

THANK YOU NOTES

Flo Henderson received a letter from the Ronald McDonald House thanking Woodlawn for the $50 donation that was sent from the recycled cans.

Thank You!
Sharon Young, Janie Withers, Dorothy Kemp, James Rose, Brenda Gamboa for helping the children on our last Super Saturday in making the quilt.  Without their helping hands, we could not have completed this wonderful masterpiece.
