Greetings.  We arrived safely in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso!  We had a surprise when we arrived.  Andy and Melissa Johnson met us.  They have been wanting to adopt a child for over a year.  They had a baby with them, little Elijah!  It was actually a surprise to them as well.  They came to the capital to get us not knowing that they would get their baby on the same trip!  Everyone is very excited here.

We appreciate everyone's prayers.  It is much hotter here this time.  We have already had a couple of productive times with the teams.  These folks are great.  They have a lot of stamina and dedication to the Lord that keeps them here.

Please consider teaching this summer or fall.  We have prepared curriculum available.  We also have a rotating schedule, so you will only be committed for a short time.  The sign up sheet is in the foyer.  Talk to Mike Bailey if you have any questions.

Attention!  For all the people that helped during VBS, we want to honor them with an ice-cream supper.  That would include ANYONE who worked, taught, helped, drove vans, cut out laminated paper, etc.  Please meet Wednesday night after services in the Fellowship hall.
