Mark Hamilton will be here this Wednesday to start his series. Dr. Hamilton writes and lectures on the connections between Israelite religion and present-day theology. He is particularly interested in Old Testament discussions of justice, power, community-formation, and spirituality. Kin and Chrissy Lau will be in Abilene, Sunday, April 9th thru Sunday the 16th. They will be staying with Bart & Jaylene Crisman at 35 Cambridge Ct. Please check with the Lau’s if you wish to invite them for a meal so they can schedule it. Medina Children’s Home will host its annual Appreciation and Awards Banquet on May 6, 2006, at 12:00pm on the Medina Children’s Home Campus. We are celebrating our 48th year in Christian Child Care. A free meal is provided, and everyone is encouraged to bring a guest. Following the Banquet, there will be an Open House and a tour of campus facilities available. Medina Children’s Home is located on Hwy 16N between Medina and Kerrville.
